Mecca, Saudi Arabia — The Middle East Youth Summit (MEYS) 2025, organized by the Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) Foundation, successfully took place on December 1–4, 2025, at Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem. Bringing together Muslim youth from across the globe, the summit centered around strengthening Islamic leadership, fostering international collaboration, and shaping the future of the global ummah.
Among the distinguished speakers at this year’s summit, Joneri Alimin, an accomplished Indonesian career diplomat and the current Economic Consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) Jeddah, delivered a highly insightful session. His expertise in economic diplomacy, foreign policy, and international cooperation offered participants a broader understanding of Indonesia’s role in the global arena.
With extensive experience in foreign affairs and a strong background in international economic policy, Joneri Alimin brought a strategic and data-driven perspective to the MEYS 2025 stage.
