Jakarta, Indonesia — Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) has officially announced the opening of registration for the Middle East Youth Summit (MEYS) 2026, the sixth edition of its flagship international youth program, scheduled to take place on 7–10 December 2026 in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Carrying the theme “Youth-Driven Innovation for Inclusive Muslim Community Development,” the summit aims to empower young Muslims to exchange ideas, strengthen leadership capacity, and collaborate on impactful initiatives aligned with global development priorities.
MEYS is recognized as one of YBB’s flagship international programs and continues to promote the spirit of #TogetherforUmmah, combining Islamic values with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will work in multicultural groups to develop social impact projects related to SDG 4, SDG 5, SDG 10, SDG 16, and SDG 17.
A Global Platform for Muslim Youth Collaboration
MEYS 2026 is designed as an international platform that brings together Muslim youth from diverse countries, cultures, and academic backgrounds under the theme:
“Youth-Driven Innovation for Inclusive Muslim Community Development.”
The summit promotes collaboration under the vision of “Global Muslim Youth Collaboration for Sustainable Development,” integrating Islamic values with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
SDG 4: Quality Education
SDG 5: Gender Equality
SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
Participants will be grouped into multicultural teams based on their selected SDGs to develop and present innovative social projects aimed at creating real community impact.
Sixth Edition of an International Youth Series
MEYS 2026 marks the sixth edition of the summit, following previous themes held between 2023 and 2026 across multiple dates emphasizing leadership, unity, and youth empowerment.
Registration Schemes and Eligibility
The program is open to Muslim youth aged 15–40 years old from all nationalities and academic backgrounds. Basic English communication is recommended, and participants under 18 are required to be accompanied by a guardian.

Program Inclusions
Participants will receive:

seminar kits
meals, local transport, and city/university visit, umrah
certificate of participation
media coverage including press release, interview, and recap video
Program fees do not include visa or flight arrangements.
